Terms and Conditions of Margines Art Shop Online Store
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions set forth the rules for making purchases through the Margines Art Studio online store, available at https://margines.art. The store is operated by Margines Art Studio, located at Sportowa 2, Milanówek, phone: +48 881 429 043, email: studio@margines.art.
The store's offer includes exclusively authentic artworks such as paintings, graphics, and prints, created by artists associated with the studio.
2. Purchasing and Order Fulfillment
Orders are accepted only through the website, 24/7. Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of its acceptance and information about the estimated time of fulfillment.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the order in case of any doubts regarding the authenticity of the data.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are given in PLN and/or Euro (€) and include applicable taxes on the part of the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to change them. Payment methods include, but are not limited to, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Blik, QR code, and bank transfers, etc. Information on any additional fees or delivery costs will be provided before finalizing the order.
4. Withdrawal from the Contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except for artworks made to individual order. The good must be returned in an unchanged condition.
5. Complaints and Returns
Complaints concerning physical defects of the artwork or non-compliance with the description are accepted exclusively by email within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment at studio@margines.art.
The Seller commits to reviewing the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and informing the Customer about the further procedure.
6. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purposes of order fulfillment, post-sale service, and, if the Customer agrees, for marketing purposes. The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete or limit processing.
7. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. In the case of disputes related to purchases, the Customer has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Union and the local consumer ombudsman. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the Seller's seat.
